As dockmaster and resident at Pedro Miguel Boat Club I saw quite a few boats come into the club that had sustained damage during their transit of the Panama Canal. PMBC asked me to write something for their web page that would help inform visiting yachts about the dangers and how to avoid damage. Those initial writings have grown into this booklet.
