"The best site is one that advertises boats looking for crew especially if you can advertise boats that pay crew members. It always amazes me that I have to pay on sites to advertise myself with a crew agency and owners and skippers will pay fees to agencies, usually 20% of one years salary for them to recommend crew, on top of my fees just so the two of us can meet up."
