iSealife Grab Bag!

If you need to get into your lifeboat don't forget the Grab Bag!

 

All members of the crew must know where and what's in the Grab Bag at all times.

Prior to cruising please find an appropriate spot on the vessel for the Grab Bag, and make sure the following items are contained and maintained.

Handheld VHF Extra bailers
Ship's distress signals Strobe light
Ship's papers Mylar folding kite with long cord
Hand powered water maker Navigation equipment
Foldable 5-gallon jug Extra food
Funnel Writing/reading material
Plastic bucket Extra clothes

Cutting board

 
Spare knives/sharpening stone  
Drinking cups  
Forks and spoons  
Spare bellows type air pump  
Hand Bearing compass  
Spear gun or gaff Folding  
radar reflector  
   
Clothing:  
Polypro underwear  
Longsleeve shirt  
Hat  

Spare glasses/suglasses

 
Warm clothing  
Sleeping bag
